- Orders received after working hours will be processed on the next working day.
- Upon receiving your order, our team will contact you within a maximum of 2 hours during working hours to confirm the details.
- All orders are executed only after 100% payment is received.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to Madurai
- Phone calls can be made for general inquiries, but any order-related instruction/confirmation must be given only via email or WhatsApp in writing.
- Misuse of our communication channels (phone, email, or WhatsApp) is strictly prohibited and may result in blocking of the user.

- Offers and discounts are announced at our sole discretion, and their validity period is determined by Ajay Exim.
